What is Reiki?
- Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes physical healing.
- It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick and feel the effects of stress. If it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
- It is traditionally administered by hovering or lightly laying hands on a client but is also able to be channeled to a client from any distance.

​*Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.
What is Divine Channeling?
- Divine Channeling refers to the connection of the human spirit with the Divine Realm.
- When the human spirit is open and has established a connection with the Divine, Angels, Ancestors, Spirit Guides, and the like can be heard and felt with clarity to bring through messages and guidance.
- Being in Divine channel creates a sacred space within the practitioner that flows to the recipient so that messages can be received in love and gratitude, without judgement.
What should I expect during my first session?
REIKI ONLY
- A treatment can feel like a warm glowing radiance flowing through the body.
- Some clients report the body feeling heavy as it relaxes while the spirit or emotions feel light at the same time.
- A treatment will also usually release negative feelings or thoughts leaving the client feeling more positive, lighthearted, and with feelings of well-being (tears may flow and many clients who are typically not criers tend to release through tears).
DIVINE SOUL ALIGNMENT SESSION
- Similar to a Reiki session, Reiki is first used to first relax the mind, body, and spirit.
- Connection with the Divine is then established to show us the way to your Soul and bring its light forward.
- As the energy travels through your body, creating safety, and preparing for healing, the Divine then shares its wisdom on what is in alignment with your Soul, what stands in the way of it, and how to flow.
- This may bring about moments of raw self-awareness and challenge you to push past the curtain of old energy and into the warmth of your Soul.

TAROT READING AND DIVINE CHANNELING
- Breathing, frequency music, and Reiki may be used to calm and open energies.
- You will be asked to enter the space honestly and openly and allow spirit to speak as it needs.
- Guidance and answers provided by spirit may not be in alignment with expectations of desired outcomes, but answers are always exactly as spirit provides them and in a space of love and non-judgement.

How should I prepare for my first session?
Think of your intention/s for your session. If you don't have any, that's okay! We can just do a general session and see where the energy leads us. Also, find yourself a spot you will be comfortable in for the duration and leave judgement of yourself at the door. That's it!
What should I expect after my session?
- Immediately after a session, many feel relaxed and a bit sleepy.
- In the following days many see positive changes and improvements.
- Depending on the nature and depth of the session, you may also experience what can be thought of as a spiritual detox. You may see an increase in appetite and need for rest while you start releasing what no longer serves you.
- Remember to nurture yourself. Get plenty of rest and stay hydrated. And, most importantly, acknowledge what comes to the surface and let it release from you.
Can Reiki and Divine Channeling replace medical treatment?
While Reiki is a great stress reduction and relaxation tool, complementary to many treatments, it is NOT a substitute for medical treatment. Divine Channeling is not used to consult on medical conditions. Please consult with a trusted physician with any health concerns.
Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
- One-on-one appointments cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled time will be offered a refund minus the $3.52 Wix processing fee, or to reschedule.
- One-on-one appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be offered to reschedule.
- Group appointments and Personal Videos are non-refundable as participants will have access to replays.
- Late arrivals will be given a 10-minute grace period from the start of the appointment. Once the grace period has passed, the appointment will be considered cancelled and sent an offer to reschedule.
